Every engagement starts the same way. We look at your site and your actual usage, then recommend only what stacks up.
Energy audits
A short efficiency audit to find the quick wins, or a full AS 3598 audit for complex sites. Data loggers, thermal imaging and thermal modelling where the site warrants it. You get a ranked list of what to do and in what order.
NABERS ratings
Formal building performance assessment conducted by a NABERS-accredited assessor. Useful for benchmarking, tenant appeal and asset value.

Tell us about the site
A short form. Building type, rough floor area, what is bothering you, and who signs off.

We look at your real usage
With your authorisation we obtain your load profile and interval data directly from your retailer. This shows us when you use power, not just how much, which is what determines whether a project works.

You get a scoped recommendation
What to do, what it costs, what it returns, sequenced by payback. If something does not stack up, the report says so.
