1. Who these terms are with
The SaveTonnes platform is operated by Total Results Marketing Pty Ltd TA Save Tonnes (ABN 12 087 309 304, ACN 087 309 304). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity.
2. Acceptance
By using the SaveTonnes website, asking for quotes, or registering as an installer, you accept these terms.
3. The service
SaveTonnes passes a customer's enquiry to up to three installers who cover the customer's postcode. Installers quote and contract directly with the customer. SaveTonnes does not install, does not quote, and is not a party to any contract between a customer and an installer. SaveTonnes does not charge customers for quotes.
4. Fees during the pilot
During the pilot, installers pay nothing. Membership pricing will be published in writing before any fee applies, with at least 30 days notice, and you can leave at no cost. The pilot fee waiver is a concession for the pilot term only, creates no entitlement to continued fee-free access, and no fee will be charged for pilot activity retrospectively.
5. Installer obligations
Installers must hold, and keep current, the licence, accreditation and insurance details they register with us, quote honestly, deal directly and fairly with the customer, and tell us the outcome of any job won through SaveTonnes.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. SaveTonnes is not responsible for the quality or performance of work carried out by an installer. That is a matter between you and the installer, whose obligations to you are set by law and by your contract with them.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

These are interim terms for the SaveTonnes pilot. Full terms are being finalised and will replace this page. The date at the top changes whenever this page does.
