1. Who we are
SaveTonnes is operated by Total Results Marketing Pty Ltd, trading as SaveTonnes, ABN 12 087 309 304. You can reach us about anything in this policy at admin@savetonnes.com.au.
2. What we collect
When you ask for quotes we collect your name, mobile number, email address, property address and the details you give us about your home and the upgrades you want. When an installer registers we collect business, contact, licence, accreditation and insurance details. We also collect the usual technical information a website receives, such as your IP address and browser type.
3. Why we collect it
To pass your enquiry to installers who cover your postcode, to confirm your mobile number so we know the enquiry is real, to sign you in to your enquiry by email, to run and improve the platform, to reply when you contact us, and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
Up to three installers who cover your postcode receive your enquiry so they can quote. Service providers that host our platform and send our email handle your information on our behalf. Our email provider's servers are in Japan, so your name and email address leave Australia when we email you. Your mobile number is sent to our SMS provider, which is outside Australia, to deliver the verification code. We do not sell your information.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint, by emailing admin@savetonnes.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
6. This policy
This is an interim policy for the SaveTonnes pilot. A full policy is being finalised and will replace this page. The date at the top changes whenever this page does.
